The ERA Campaign is a student-led effort dedicated towards the adoption of the Equal Rights Amendment, a piece of legislation guaranteeing equality of rights to all sexes. At The 4th Branch, along with multiple other organizations, we hope to encourage the ERA’s passage via lobbying, educate those around us on the ERA’s purpose and history, and rally behind a better future: one that encourages true equality.

Equal Rights Amendment Campaign Kickoff

Case Study: Public Education, LGBTQ+ Rights, and the ERA

Over this event, we will explore a Supreme Court Case concerning the ERA and gender equality. This week, we will cover Virginia v. United States (1996) and Bostock v. Clayton County (2020).
